Get ready for a brand new experience coming to Cocoa Village.

Cocoa Village has a long history dating back to the 1800’s and as with any place that has seen time come and go, there are bound to be ghost stories and tales of spirits that roam the halls of old buildings.

Join The Sea Witch of Cocoa Village as we walk through time and uncover the history and the ghostly tales of Cocoa Village. During the tour, hear tales from the past and stories of the paranormal at some of Cocoa Village’s oldest buildings. Tours will be conducted by local and known Paranormal Investigators as well as local Volunteers whom have had personal paranormal experiences.

This is a walking tour of Cocoa Village. Guests should wear comfortable shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather. Tour lasts approximately X hrs. In the case of inclement weather, please call for possible cancellation.

Special one-on-one tours can be scheduled for $85 for up to x guests. There is a $20 charge per additional guest.

Reservations can me made here, or at the store prior to the start time of the tour. If reserving in advance, please bring your digital or printed receipt.

How do I purchase tickets?

Can I bring the kids?
We plan to have 2 tours one in day light hours that will be more family friendly and one in the evening for adults only. Ultimately, it is up to each parent to decide if their child is mature enough to understand ghosts and the paranormal. Feel free to contact us for more information.

How long is the tour?
Tours are scheduled to be xx hours. However, depending on the size of the group and any experiences during a tour, tours may be extend as needed.

Can I bring my own equipment?
Yes, of course you may! We only ask that you share your evidence with us; credit will be noted if we publish any evidence captured by a guest.

What should I wear?
Dress in comfortable walking shoes and clothes suitable for weather conditions on the evening of the event. Tours may be postponed or rescheduled due to inclement weather

Am I guaranteed that I will see or experience paranormal activity?
Do you always answer your phone? Spirits like their privacy too. We cannot guarantee that you will experience any paranormal activity. What we can guarantee is that we will give you historical information and tell you a few ghost stories along the way.
