Breath is the vital link to life, and from there, energy surrounds and embraces us via that connection. But what is energy, exactly? What do we mean by that word? How is it used? More importantly, what is the key to the personal energy within for personal awakening that can help us develop our spiritual, psychic, magical, and ritual skills?
Join Oracle Hekataios – author, speaker, and seer – as he delves into the basic and foundational work of breath, energy, and the centers which pool that energy in the body. Learn their names, their correspondences, and their sacred chants. Exercises will be done in order to stir and awaken the breath, the vital force, and the centers.
